The company also recently\r\nannounced its ESOPs liquidation program for existing holders, for the second\r\nyear in a row. Through this programme, Rebel Foods' current and former\r\nemployees were given an opportunity to liquidate their vested options this\r\nyear.  Under the ESOP program by Rebel\r\nFoods, employees can liquidate their shares once in a one-year period. The\r\ncompany has set aside a pool of funds every year to enable such liquidation so\r\nthat the employees can enjoy the benefits of ownership.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

ESOPs or employee stock ownership plans are investments in\r\na company\u2019s shares given to employees by the company.
